As Co-founder and CEO of Centaur Billing, Farah Agarwal is a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and commitment to delivering high-quality client service. With over 10 years of experience in running various businesses, she comes from a family with a deep-rooted history in the healthcare sector. Recognizing the needs of US healthcare and revenue cycle management companies, she believed that using technology to improve the customer experience and cutting down costs was the optimal strategy to increase efficiency in the healthcare industry. In 2020, when she saw an opportunity to start her own end-to-end RCM services company, she established Centaur Billing. Under her expertise and leadership, Centaur Billing has become one of the leading RCM providers in the US healthcare system. At Centaur Billing, she also oversees both the HR and Administration departments, making it an excellent place to work for our employees.
Farah's passion for entrepreneurship has seen her successfully grow large-scale businesses at a rapid rate, inspiring other women. When she's not working, Farah loves to read, spend time with family and friends, and travel.

President & Head of Client Services
As President and Head of Client Services, Sandy is responsible for Centaur Billing's overall strategic direction and operational management. He has 22+ years of experience in the US healthcare industry and is skilled in service delivery, vendor management, operations management, management information systems (MIS), and customer relationship management (CRM). He is a strong operation leader with a focus on client delivery. Sandy's key objective is to grow company revenue and expand the business by introducing new service delivery options whilst maintaining an uncompromising commitment to client services. Prior to joining Centaur Billing, he worked with several MNCs, including Ajuba, Technosoft Global Services, and Access Healthcare Services.
Sandy is all about putting people first, and his employees really appreciate that about him. Sandy loves spending time with his family and staying fit.
